Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them for sessions, security and remembering your choices. Cookies outside the necessary and functional categories load only if you consent.

We group cookies into four categories:

• Necessary: sign-in, CSRF protection and remembering your cookie choice.
• Functional: remembers choices for tools you explicitly start (e.g. Pilot Dossier); treated as falling within the ePrivacy exemption for a service you requested.
• Analytics: page and search metrics, only with consent.
• Marketing: advertising or affiliate tracking pixels. Currently unused; if added, only with consent.

Primary cookies:

• authjs.session-token (production: __Secure-authjs.session-token) — necessary — session — session lifetime.
• authjs.csrf-token (production: __Secure-authjs.csrf-token) — necessary — CSRF protection — session lifetime.
• fpv_consent — necessary — cookie choice — 1 year.
• fpv_dossier_v1 — functional — remembers your Pilot Dossier choices — 1 year, when you use Academy/Dossier features.
• _ga, _ga_* — analytics — Google Analytics — only with consent, up to 2 years.
• Retailer cookies — marketing — set by the affiliate retailer after you click — retailer policy.

Use the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer to change categories. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may break sign-in.

Affiliate links take you to a retailer’s site, where that retailer’s cookies and policy apply. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site.

You can withdraw consent by changing your cookie preferences or deleting cookies. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
